Position: Senior Resident Engineer

Role Description We are hiring A Senior Resident Engineer Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in Construction Supervision is required, Project Management record is an addition. Consecutive experience working in an Engineering Consultant company in Dubai (min 5 years) Experience in Towers & Highrise buildings in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) is mandatory (min 10 years) Strong understanding of Engineering principles and construction techniques. Strong leadership and team management skills. Responsibilities Oversee the day to day construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations and project timelines. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and keep the project on track. Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure work meets established standards. Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders and invoices.
