Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in construction site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
Prepare and review site reports, drawings, and technical documentation.
Manage materials, equipment, and labor resources efficiently.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
Ensure proper execution of structural, civil, and finishing works.
Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities.
Maintain accurate records of site activities and progress updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
Previous experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
