We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join one of our prestigious healthcare clients in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished orthopedic specialist looking to work in a state-of-the-art medical facility that delivers exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities Diagnose, evaluate, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders, injuries, and diseases. Perform elective and emergency orthopedic surgical procedures, including trauma, joint replacement, arthroscopy, sports injuries,and fracture management. Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments. Provide both surgical and non-surgical treatment options while ensuring evidence-based clinical practice. Conduct outpatient consultations and inpatient rounds. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Supervise junior physicians, residents, and allied healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate medical documentation and comply with hospital policies and international healthcare standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, CME activities, and departmental meetings. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, rehabilitation, and preventive care. Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Skills Expertise in Joint Replacement Surgery. Trauma & Fracture Management. Arthroscopic Procedures. Sports Medicine. Spine Surgery (preferred but not mandatory). Robotic or minimally invasive orthopedic procedures are an added advantage.
