Job Description: Telesales Representative

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telesales Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, promote our products and services, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.

• Promote and sell the company’s products and services.

• Handle customer inquiries and overcome objections professionally.

• Update and maintain customer records in the system.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and sales skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Basic computer skills.

• Previous sales experience is an advantage.

• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is considered an advantage.
