الأدوار والمسؤوليات
وضع وتنفيذ خطط المشاريع والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات والتسليمات.
التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة لتحديد نطاق وأهداف المشروع.
إدارة موارد المشروع، بما في ذلك أعضاء الفريق، والبائعين، والمستشارين.
تحديد المشاكل والمخاطر وحلها لضمان نجاح المشروع.
تتبع وتقديم تقارير عن تقدم المشروع لأصحاب المصلحة والإدارة العليا.
الملف المرشح المطلوب
درجة البكالوريوس في علوم Computer Science، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أو مجال ذو صلة.
خبرة مثبتة كمدير مشروع تكنولوجيا المعلومات في مجال البنوك.
معرفة قوية بمنهجيات وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
مهارات اتصال قيادية وحل المشكلات والاتصال الممتاز.
شهادة في إدارة المشاريع (PMP) تعتبر ميزة.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and consultants.
Identify and resolve issues and risks to ensure project success.
Track and report on project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in the banking domain.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
