Responsibilities:- Lead and manage local litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring excellent legal advice and client service.- Represent clients in courts, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution forums in the UAE.- Develop and execute litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.- Manage and mentor junior lawyers and support staff, fostering professional development and high performance.- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to build strong, cohesive legal approaches.- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including business development and client retention initiatives.- Stay abreast of changes in local laws and regulations impacting litigation and advise clients accordingly.- Contribute to the firm’s strategic goals by developing new practice areas and expanding litigation services.
Requirements:- Qualified lawyer with extensive experience in UAE litigation and local legal procedures.- Proven track record of successfully managing complex and high-value litigation cases.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and inspire a team of legal professionals.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Strong client management and business development capabilities.- In-depth knowledge of UAE legal system, courts, and regulatory environment.- Highly professional, ethical, and committed to delivering outstanding legal services.
Salary:AED 50,000 to 100,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
