Job Description

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the marine sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of competitors. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Sales Manager (Marine) should have:

A strong background in sales, particularly within the energy & natural resources industry. Proven expertise in managing client relationships and closing high-value deals. Comprehensive knowledge of the marine sector and its unique requirements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Proficiency in analysing market data and making informed decisions.
