Role Description This is a part-time hybrid Full Stack Developer role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building APIs, integrating databases, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with product and design teams to deliver features aligned with business and user needs. The role also involves participating in code reviews, writing clean and testable code, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and system architecture. Qualifications Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development for modern web applications. Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, Java Script, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Experience with Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, and database integration. Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, with familiarity in testing and debugging practices. Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between on-site and remote work. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in edtech or building platforms for education is an advantage.
