المسؤوليات

الإشراف على موظفي المستودع وتوزيع المهام اليومية.
إجراء فحوصات روتينية لأنظمة التبريد ومرافق التخزين.
حفظ سجلات درجات الحرارة وإعداد التقارير التشغيلية.
التأكد من الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والنظافة.

The ideal candidate will supervise warehouse staff, maintain cold chain integrity, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the cold storage warehouse.
Monitor and maintain required storage temperatures for chilled and frozen products.
Ensure compliance with cold chain procedures and food safety regulations.
Manage inventory, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and warehouse documentation.
Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
Conduct routine inspections of refrigeration systems and storage facilities.
Maintain temperature logs and prepare operational reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely deliveries.
