Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the entire commissioning process from pre-commissioning to final handover, ensuring all systems function as designed.
- Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans, schedules, and budgets, aligning with project objectives and client requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless integration of all systems.
- Manage and mentor the commissioning team, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline).
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commissioning and start-up, preferably in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex commissioning projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and equipment specifications.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable
❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Age Criteria:
Maximum age limit is 49 years
For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience
