Roles & Responsibilities

• Candidate shall possess strong analytical base and structural analysis & design knowledge

• Advanced proficiency in ETABS, SAFE.

• Knowledge of STAAD and other structural software will be an added advantage

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for design calculations

• Shall be positive and work towards getting to high level of competency in the engineering field and possess a natural insight for the structural behavior of buildings.

• Conversant with relevant code of practices generally being used in the structural engineering industry like American, British Standards, etc.

• Rely on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals, performing variety of tasks simultaneously.

• Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to solve problems and work well with inter-office disciplines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (Mandatory)

• 10 to 12 years of quality design experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.

• Knowledge of local authority submission and approval workflows.

• Preferred: Experience in high-rise and mixed-use residential projects.

• Experience with internationalconsultants is a plus.

• Preferred: Knowledge of sustainable design practices and processes.

• Preferred: Expertise in advanced structural design techniques and materials
