Successful candidates may be considered for opportunities in customer service, administration, reception, sales support, HR support, and other business support functions as opportunities become available.

What You Will Do

• Support daily business operations across various departments
• Assist customers and visitors with a professional and welcoming approach
• Provide administrative and data entry support
• Coordinate appointments, documentation, and records
• Support events, campaigns, and operational activities when required
• Work collaboratively with different teams across the business
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the Al-Futtaim brand positively

What Qualifies You for the Role?

• UAE National (Family Book holder)
• Currently a student, fresh graduate, or early-career professional
• Available to work part-time in Dubai
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is preferred
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
