- Install new equipment and systems according to manufacturer specifications, ensuring safety and functionality from the start.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues and repair options, promoting transparency and trust.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a technical field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service technician role, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Certifications such as HVAC, electrical, or mechanical are highly desirable for specialized fields.
- Proven track record of troubleshooting and repairing complex systems efficiently.
