???? About the Role We are hiring 2 experienced Project Engineers – MEP specializing in:❄ HVAC???? Plumbing The selected professionals will lead end-to-end MEP execution on large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, authority approvals, cost control, quality compliance, and site coordination.
???? Key Responsibilities???? Project & Site Management Review tender drawings, BOQs, specifications & construction drawings. Formalize and manage MEP subcontracts. Mobilize site as per project checklist. Develop MEP program aligned with civil contractor schedule. Ensure material & drawing submittals are submitted and approved on time. Coordinate daily with consultants, main contractor & client.
???? Authority Approvals (UAE Experience Mandatory) Handle submissions and approvals with:DEWACivil Defense Dubai Municipality JAFZAEtisalat Other relevant authorities Ensure approvals are obtained ahead of schedule.
???? Commercial & Financial Control Submit monthly invoices based on certified measurements. Prepare and secure approvals for variation claims. Monitor labor and material costs within approved budgets. Prepare quarterly Cost-to-Complete reports. Develop manpower histogram aligned with project timeline.
???? Execution & Quality Control Ensure MEP works progress in line with civil activities. Conduct site inspections for quality and safety compliance. Raise RFIs, inspection requests, and manage technical correspondence. Conduct coordination meetings and circulate MOMs. Oversee testing & commissioning as per approved checklists. Prepare As-Built drawings & O&M manuals.
???? Health, Safety & Compliance Implement ISO Quality & HSE standards at site. Conduct risk assessments and corrective actions. Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety protocols. Investigate incidents and promote a strong safety culture. Authority to stop unsafe work practices.
???? Defect Liability Period (DLP) Manage MEP maintenance issues during DLP. Ensure retention release and final payments. Maintain complete project close-out documentation.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile11+ years total experience with minimum 6 years in UAE. Strong knowledge of local authority regulations. Proven experience in handling HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical MEP projects. Strong commercial awareness & cost control expertise. Leadership ability to manage site engineers & subcontractors. Excellent coordination and documentation skills.
