Key Responsibilities Property Sales & Promotion• Actively market residential and commercial properties using leading portals, social media, and networking channels• Conduct property viewings, present features clearly, and guide clients through the sales process Client Advisory & Consultation• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties• Build trust through expert advice and professional service from inquiry to completion Leasing & Negotiation• Assist tenants and landlords in leasing transactions• Negotiate rental terms and manage the leasing process end-to-end Market Expertise• Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity• Provide data-driven insights to help clients make informed decisions Relationship Management• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and investors• Ensure consistent follow-ups and exceptional customer experience Compliance & Documentation• Prepare contracts, agreements, and transactional documentation• Ensure full compliance with RERA and Dubai real estate regulations Networking & Lead Generation• Attend industry events, launches, and networking opportunities• Proactively generate leads and expand your professional network Performance & Targets• Achieve and exceed sales and leasing targets• Demonstrate a strong hunger for success and continuous improvement
Requirements• Minimum 6 months of real estate experience in Dubai• Must be currently based in Dubai with the right to work• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills• Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven mindset
