Role Description The Campus Ambassador role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Al Ain, with a mix of on-campus activities and flexible work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting H. I. R. E. events, workshops, and initiatives to students and faculty, as well as representing the organization at campus activities and meetings. The Campus Ambassador will help organize and support information sessions, presentations, and renewable energy awareness campaigns. The role also involves managing social media or other communication channels to engage the campus community, gathering feedback from participants, and sharing insights with the H. I. R. E. team. Ambassadors will collaborate with peers, student clubs, and university staff to expand H. I. R. E.’s presence and participation in renewable energy programs. Qualifications Strong Communication and Presentations skills to effectively engage diverse campus audiences and convey key messages about renewable energy. Marketing and Sales abilities to promote H. I. R. E. programs, increase event participation, and encourage sign-ups for initiatives. Networking skills to build and maintain relationships with students, faculty, clubs, and community partners. Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or related fields; coursework or project experience is an advantage. Self-motivated, organized, and reliable, with the ability to manage part-time responsibilities alongside academic commitments. Comfort with using social media, email, and basic digital tools to coordinate activities and share updates. Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to Al Ain and the region are a plus.
