This is not a traditional marketing role. It is a community-led demand creation role focused on growing a premium digital imaging ecosystem through creators, ambassadors, workshops, events, education, and authentic engagement with the photography community. We are looking for a passionate marketing professional who understands that brand preference is built through experiences, relationships, and communities—not just advertising campaigns.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving demand by engaging photographers, videographers, content creators, and industry partners while delivering impactful brand experiences across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow brand awareness and demand within the digital imaging market. Build and maintain strong relationships with photographers, videographers, filmmakers, creators, ambassadors, photography clubs, and industry partners. Plan, organize and facilitate photography workshops, product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational events for photographers, videographers, creators, retailers, and partners. Develop and manage creator and influencer partnerships to drive authentic brand advocacy. Plan and execute workshops, masterclasses, product launches, roadshows, retail activations, and community events. Create engaging product experiences that increase awareness, consideration, and customer loyalty. Present products confidently during events, workshops, training sessions, and live demonstrations, translating technical features into customer value while delivering engaging training experiences. Work closely with internal teams, agencies, retailers, and partners to deliver integrated marketing initiatives. Monitor campaign performance, community engagement, and market trends to continuously improve demand generation activities. Gather customer and community insights to support future marketing and product strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in Community Marketing, Brand Activation, Creator Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Product Marketing, Event Marketing, or Marketing Communications. Experience within Digital Imaging, Consumer Electronics, Photography, Videography, Technology, or Lifestyle brands is highly preferred. Experience working with photography communities, creators, or brand ambassador programs is a strong advantage.
Technical Knowledge
The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for photography and content creation, with the ability to confidently engage with photography communities. Candidates should have a good understanding of:Digital imaging products, including mirrorless camera systems and lenses. Photography and videography fundamentals. Creator and influencer ecosystems across social media platforms. Community building and experiential marketing. Event planning and workshop management. Digital marketing and campaign performance measurement. Hands-on experience with digital imaging products or a background in photography, videography, camera brands, photography retail, or creative agencies will be considered a strong advantage.
