Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and preventive screenings to ensure holistic care.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both acute and chronic health issues, ensuring patient understanding and compliance.
- Manage ongoing patient relationships, fostering a supportive environment to encourage open communication and trust.
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers to optimize treatment outcomes and streamline patient referrals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a residency in Family Medicine, with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or eligibility to obtain certification within the first year of employment.
- Active medical license in the state of practice, ensuring compliance with local healthcare regulations.
