Job Description:

Aurelian Design is seeking a skilled and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is open to professionals from an Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering background who have the expertise to handle end-to-end interior design projects—from conceptualization to execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, project management, site supervision, and client coordination to deliver high-quality interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop creative and functional interior design solutions tailored to client needs.

· Create and present concept designs, 2D drawings, 3D models, and material selections.

· Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure designs are implemented correctly.

· Manage project timelines, budgets, and execution plans to deliver projects efficiently.

· Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination.

· Select and specify furniture, finishes, lighting, and décor in line with project aesthetics.

· Oversee the fit-out process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

· Handle client meetings and presentations, ensuring alignment with their vision and expectations.

· Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design, space planning, and project execution.

· Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and technical aspects of fit-outs.

· Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion.

· Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and on-site coordination.
