Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a PRO - SERA, RERA, RTA - Arabic Speaker at OnTime Group. The role involves handling all Government and semi-Government processes related to SERA, RERA, and RTA, including preparation, submission, and follow-up of documentation and approvals. The professional will liaise with relevant authorities, maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and procedures, and ensure compliance with local laws and guidelines. Daily tasks include coordinating appointments, managing client records, advising internal teams and clients on regulatory requirements, and resolving issues promptly. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, updating internal systems, and providing clear, courteous communication in Arabic and English.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) and good command of English, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and government officials. Practical experience dealing with SERA, RERA, and RTA processes in Dubai, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up. Solid understanding of UAE government procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements, preferably within the real estate and transportation sectors. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping. Customer service orientation, including the ability to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and provide professional support to diverse clients. Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving regulations and processes. Previous experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) or in government services in the UAE is highly beneficial. Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field is preferred.
