Maxpower Electromechanical Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager (MEP) to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing UAE-based MEP contracting projects from award to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete execution of MEP projects from mobilization to handover. Lead and supervise Site Engineers, Supervisors, Chargehands, and project teams. Monitor project schedules, manpower, procurement, subcontractors, and project budgets. Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Main Contractors, Authorities, and internal departments. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and company procedures. Review project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Ensure HSE, QA/QC, and commercial objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle. Support project planning, cost control, variation management, and project close-out activities. Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE-based MEP Contracting companies. Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager role managing MEP projects in the UAE. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Proven experience delivering residential, commercial, and high-rise MEP projects. Strong leadership, contractual, commercial, and client management skills. Excellent knowledge of UAE construction practices and authority requirements.
