Job Description:Supervise daily workshop operations, assigning and monitoring repair work for mechanics and technicians. Diagnose complex vehicle and heavy equipment issues while providing technical support and quality control. Coordinate spare parts availability, preventive maintenance schedules, and workshop documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards, manage staff productivity, and resolve repair-related customer complaints.
Qualifications:Minimum 3 years in a Foreman or Workshop Supervisory role. Experience with petrol vehicles, diesel vehicles, heavy vehicles, and construction equipment. Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams. Must be Hindi speaker
