Role Description The Owner role at PSA Singapore is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore, responsible for driving strategic direction, operational excellence, and long-term value creation across port and logistics operations. This role oversees core business performance, ensuring that assets, resources, and processes align with PSA’s global trade, innovation, and sustainability objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting strategic priorities, reviewing operational and financial results, guiding major investment and technology decisions, and providing governance and oversight to key initiatives such as Tuas Port and related ecosystem developments. The Owner collaborates with executive leaders, government and industry partners, and internal stakeholders to strengthen PSA’s competitive position, manage risks, and promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. The role also involves championing talent development, succession planning, and stakeholder communication to support PSA’s long-term growth and resilience.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in large-scale operations, logistics, maritime, infrastructure, or related industries, with a track record of strategic decision-making and business stewardship. Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, investment evaluation, risk management, and long-term value creation for complex organizations. Background in strategy, innovation, or technology transformation, ideally involving automation, data analytics, smart engineering, or sustainable energy solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging government agencies, industry partners, boards, and diverse internal teams. Commitment to safety, environmental sustainability, and ethical governance, with the ability to embed these principles into organizational culture and operations.
