WeDo HR Services is supporting a well-established aviation services and flight support company in hiring a Marketing Director to be based in Dubai.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who can lead the company’s overall marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, enhance corporate communication, and support commercial growth across regional and international markets.
The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy, managing brand identity, improving digital presence, supporting business development activities, leading corporate communication, managing events and exhibitions, and enhancing the company’s visibility within the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities Lead the company’s overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan. Strengthen the company’s brand positioning in regional and international aviation markets. Manage corporate communications, PR, digital marketing, Linked In presence, website content, and marketing campaigns. Support business development teams with presentations, pitch decks, proposals, service brochures, and client-facing materials. Plan and manage participation in aviation events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking platforms. Develop market insights, competitor analysis, and client communication strategies. Manage marketing agencies, vendors, designers, content creators, and event suppliers. Build a professional, measurable, and commercially aligned marketing function.
Required Profile12–15 years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership experience. Strong background in B2B marketing, corporate branding, communication, events, and digital marketing. Experience in aviation, logistics, travel, airport services, aerospace, private aviation, or international service industries is highly preferred. Strong ability to work closely with senior management and business development teams. Excellent English communication and business writing skills. Arabic is an advantage. UAE or GCC market experience is preferred.
