الأدوار والمسؤوليات
يعتني بجميع أعطال المعدات الكهربائية مثل المحركات ذات الجهد المنخفض والمتوسط، ولوحات التوزيع منخفضة الجهد، MCCs، إضاءة المصنع، المحولات، جهاز UPS، VFD، القواطع، المُشغِّل اللين، وما إلى ذلك. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يقوم بأعمال الصيانة المخططة/الوقائية/التنبؤية مع توجيه وإشراف минимين.
يحدد ويبلغ عن أي شوائب؛ يصلح و/أو يستبدل العناصر اللازمة، يعيد تجميع الاختبار ويترك مكان العمل نظيفاً.
يقيِّم تقنياً متطلبات الوظائف المخصصة ويختار الأدوات والمعدات اللازمة لإتمام العمل.
يشخِّص بنجاح أعطال/فشلات كهربائية ويُحلِّل الأعطال الكهربائية للمصنع والمعدات مع миним/بدون توجيه.
يستخدم النظام المحوسب للصيانة (SAP) لطلب قطع الغيار من المستودع ويحفظ سجلات جميع أعمال الصيانة المكتملة.
يضمن أن جميع أعمال الصيانة تُنفَّذ وفق إجراءات السلامة ومتطلبات تشغيل المصنع.
يراقب أي أعطال متكررة ويقترح التعديلات اللازمة لحل المشكلة.
يوفر معرفة بالموقع والمعدات للعمال المؤهلين الجدد والمتدربين والمتعاقدين لمساعدتهم في أداء أعمال الصيانة.
يعمل باستمرار على تحسين الأداء البيئي والصحي والسلامة وأداء المصنع والمعدات من خلال المشاركة في مبادرات 5S، التميز المؤسسي والسلامة.
يؤدي واجبات أخرى ذات صلة كما يتم إعلامه من قبل المشرف/المسؤول.
يساعد أقسام أخرى في إصلاح وتشخيص أعطال المعدات.
الملف المرشح المطلوب
المؤهلات الدنيا:
دبلوم في المجال المعني
إكمال تدريب PEC للحرفيين
الخبرة الدنيا:
3 سنوات خبرة ذات صلة في صناعة ثقيلة بعد الدبلوم
لا خبرة مطلوبة بعد إكمال تدريب PEC
المهارات:
معرفة جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً
إلمام بجميع أدوات الصيانة ومعرفة تكنولوجيا المعلومات جيدة
خبرة في التثبيت وتشخيص الأعطال
القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الهندسية/الكتيبات/التعليمات
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Attends to all electrical equipment breakdowns such as LV-MV motors, LV Switchboards, MCCs, Plant lightings, Transformers, UPS, VFD, Breakers, Soft starter, etc. In addition, carries out planned/preventive/predictive maintenance work with minimum direction and supervision.
Identifies and reports any abnormalities; repairs and/or replaces required items, re-assembles and tests the equipment, leaving the working area clean.
Technically assesses the requirement of allocated jobs and selects the necessary tools and equipment to complete such work.
Effectively diagnoses electrical breakdowns/failures and troubleshoots electrical failures of plant and equipment with minimum or no direction.
Uses the computerized maintenance system (SAP) to order spare parts from the warehouse and maintains records of all maintenance work completed.
Ensures that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures and plant operational requirements.
Monitors any repeated breakdowns and recommends proper modifications to resolve the problem.
Provides plant & equipment knowledge to newly joined electricians/craft trainees and contractors to help them carry out their maintenance work.
Continuously works towards improving EHS and Plant & Equipment Performance by participating in 5S, Business Excellence and Safety Initiatives.
Performs other related duties as communicated by Supervisor/Superior.
Assists other departments in the repair and troubleshooting of equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma in relevant field
Completion of PEC Craft Training
Minimum Experience:
3 years of relevant experience in a heavy industry after Diploma
No experience required after completion of PEC Training
Skills:
Good knowledge of written and spoken English
Familiarity with all maintenance tools and good IT knowledge
Experience in installation & troubleshooting
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings/manuals/instructions
