تقديم استشارات الرضاعة للأمهات
تطوير وتنفيذ خطط رعاية للرضاعة الطبيعية مخصصة
تثقيف الأمهات والعائلات حول تقنيات وفوائد الرضاعة الطبيعية
تقييم ومعالجة المشكلات الشائعة في الرضاعة مثل صعوبات اللسع وقلة إمدادات الحليب
التعاون مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية لضمان رعاية شاملة
تقديم الدعم العاطفي والتشجيع للأمهات المرضعات
إجراء فصول وورش عمل عن الرضاعة
حفظ سجلات مفصلة لتفاعلات المرضى وخطط العلاج
ملف المرشح المطلوب
اعتماد مجلس الرضاعة الدولي كممرضة استشارية للرضاعة (IBCLC)
خبرة في رعاية الأمومة أو صحة الطفل كممرضة ولادة مسجلة DHA
القدرة على تقديم رعاية تعاطفية ومركزة على المريضة
خبرة سابقة في بيئة سريرية أو مستشفى كممرضة ولادة مسجلة/ممرضة مسجلة واستشارية رضاعة
حد أدنى من 1-2 سنوات من الخبرة في العمل مع أمهات الرضاعة
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide breastfeeding consultations to mothers
Develop and implement personalized lactation care plans
Educate mothers and families about breastfeeding techniques and benefits
Assess and address common breastfeeding issues such as latch difficulties and low milk supply
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
Offer emotional support and encouragement to breastfeeding mothers
Conduct breastfeeding classes and workshops
Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans
Desired Candidate Profile
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) credential
Experience in maternal or child health care as a DHA Registered Midwife
Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting as a Registered Midwife/ Registered Nurse & Lactation Consultant
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with breastfeeding mothers
