The General Manager is responsible for the overall business performance, commercial success, operational governance and service quality of The Community.
This role acts as the main bridge between ownership / asset management and the on-site team. The General Manager ensures that the business reaches its occupancy, revenue and profitability targets while protecting the brand, resident experience and operational standards.
The General Manager leads the on-site team, supervises outsourced providers through contracts and SLAs, manages key accounts and strategic partnerships, and ensures clear reporting, financial discipline and decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal General Manager is commercially strong, operationally structured and deeply service-oriented. They must be able to speak the language of ownership, revenue and financial performance, while also understanding the human and operational reality of running a coliving and coworking space. This person should be a confident leader, strong communicator, decision-maker and hands-on manager capable of building the business from launch to stabilised operations.
