Job description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architecture Draftsperson to support our engineering and design team in developing high-quality architectural drawings and 3D visualizations for commercial, industrial, and prefabricated building projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all drawings comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials for client proposals and project approvals.
• Prepare architectural shop drawings, as-built drawings, and working drawings for construction.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and resolve technical issues.
• Revise and update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and client comments.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare material layouts, schedules, and quantity information as required.
• Maintain drawing registers, document control, and version management.
• Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions and update drawings.
• Support the design team in preparing tender documents and technical submissions.
• Assist in producing BIM models and coordinated drawings where applicable.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings in accordance with project schedules.

Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other architectural 3D visualization software.
• Experience in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, rendering, and technical detailing.
• Experience preparing architectural, shop, as-built, and presentation drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, architectural detailing, and drafting standards.
• Experience in prefabricated/modular building projects is a significant advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English.
