Functional Experience

·     No prior experience required; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

·     0–2 years of experience in compliance, investigations, governance, enforcement, or risk management, or related roles is advantageous. Internship or trainee experience in government, legal, regulatory, or corporate environments preferred.

·     Demonstrated ability to manage records, documentation, or administrative workflows preferred.

·     Experience working in outdoor, operational, site-based, or customer-facing environments is beneficial.

·     Willingness to learn regulatory procedures, field inspection methods, and enforcement protocols is essential.

Leadership/Supervisory

·     N/A

Education and Qualification Required

·     High School Diploma required.

·     Diploma in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, Media Regulation, or related field is advantageous.

·     Relevant training in compliance, investigations, governance, enforcement, or risk management is advantageous.

·     Must obtain judicial enforcement powers (القضائية الضبطية) through Dubai Media Council upon appointment or as required.

·     Existing judicial enforcement authority from another UAE entity or jurisdiction is advantageous.

Key Performance Indicators

·       Inspection Completion Rate: Percentage of assigned inspections completed within planned timelines.

·       Enforcement Actions Completed: Percentage of enforcement actions taken out of the total number of violations or non-compliance across media, gaming, and broadcast platforms.

·       Enforcement Actions Resolution Time: Average time taken to address and resolve violations or non-compliance across media, gaming, and broadcast platforms.

·       Corrective Action Closure Rate: Percentage of remediation plans completed by entities within agreed deadlines.
