We have an urgent requirement for HR Manager is required for one of our clients in Abu Dhabi

Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and end-to-end HR operations. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR administration. Exposure to managing HR across multiple business entities will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Operations

Manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters and HR correspondence. Manage probation reviews and employee confirmations. Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programmes. Administer leave management and attendance records. Coordinate employee transfers, promotions and offboarding. Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Coordinate recruitment activities across all Group companies. Work with department heads to understand hiring requirements. Screen candidates and coordinate interviews. Liaise with recruitment agencies and job portals. Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. Support employer branding initiatives.

Performance Management

Coordinate annual and probation performance reviews. Monitor completion of KPIs and appraisal processes. Support managers with performance improvement plans. Assist in implementing employee recognition initiatives.

HR Policies & Compliance

Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. Support the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Maintain employee handbook and HR documentation. Coordinate HR audits and compliance reviews. Work closely with Finance, Compliance and Management on HR-related matters.

Compensation & Benefits

Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance Department. Maintain employee benefits records. Assist management in reviewing salary structures and incentive programmes. Ensure accuracy of HR records relating to compensation and employee benefits.

Learning & Employee Development

Coordinate employee training programmes. Maintain training records. Support employee career development initiatives. Identify training needs in consultation with department managers.

HR Systems & Process Improvement

Maintain and improve the HR Management System (HRMS). Promote digital HR processes and documentation. Identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency and employee experience. Assist in implementing new HR initiatives as the organization grows.

Administration & Corporate Support

While HR remains the primary responsibility, the HR Manager will also coordinate selected administrative activities, including: Supporting employee visa and onboarding processes in coordination with the PRO. Assisting with employee medical insurance administration. Coordinating employee accommodation or travel arrangements where applicable. Supporting general office administration related to employees. Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth employee support services.

Qualifications

Essential

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. 5-8 years of progressive HR experience. Minimum 2 years in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. Experience working with HRMS systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

CIPD, SHRM or equivalent HR certification. Experience in trading, financial services, commodities, investment, or multinational organizations. Experience supporting multiple business entities.
