Role Description The Word Press Development Growth Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This position focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing Word Press websites to support marketing, lead generation, and product growth initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include creating and customizing Word Press themes and plugins, managing site content and updates, monitoring performance and security, and coordinating landing pages and conversion-focused site elements. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to plan and implement growth experiments, track analytics, and improve user experience. The coordinator will document processes, manage basic project timelines, and ensure that website enhancements align with overall business objectives.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Writing skills to collaborate across teams and create clear documentation and web content. Customer Service experience to understand user needs, respond to feedback, and support stakeholders using the Word Press platform. Project Management abilities to coordinate website updates, manage timelines, and prioritize growth-focused initiatives. Fundraising exposure or experience in supporting campaigns, landing pages, or digital initiatives that drive revenue or investment. Hands-on Word Press development skills, including theme customization, plugin configuration, and basic HTML/CSS/Java Script. Experience with SEO best practices, website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and A/B testing for growth optimization. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including lead generation, funnels, and user engagement strategies. Ability to work on-site in Dubai in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
