Role Description The Treasury Specialist is a part-time role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for both on-site and work-from-home activities. The role involves managing daily cash positions, monitoring bank accounts, and ensuring adequate liquidity for operational and project needs. The Treasury Specialist will support cash flow forecasting, assist with banking transactions, and help optimize the use of financial resources. Responsibilities include reconciling treasury-related accounts, preparing regular reports for management, and coordinating with finance and project teams to align treasury activities with organizational objectives. The role also includes maintaining compliance with internal controls and relevant financial regulations. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Treasury Management and Cash Management skills for overseeing liquidity and banking operations. Candidates should possess solid Finance and Accounting skills to support accurate reporting and compliance. Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making. Relevant experience in treasury, finance, or accounting within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in spreadsheets, financial software, and ERP systems, along with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities.
