About The Role

Experience Required - Minimum 4 years (Brokerage Industry)

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused SCA Licensed Relationship Manager to join a leading financial services organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brokerage, trading, investments, or financial markets, with the ability to build and manage client relationships while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and institutional clients. Promote investment, brokerage, trading, and wealth management solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio. Provide financial market insights and investment guidance. Ensure compliance with SCA regulations and company policies. Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective client management. Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in the Brokerage Industry. Valid SCA License is mandatory. Experience in Financial Services, Trading, Crypto, or Investment sectors. Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills. Candidates should have their own client database/network. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Arabic or English and French is mandatory. Any nationality can apply.
