Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging technical training materials, including hands-on exercises and assessments, tailored to diverse learning styles.

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and webinars, ensuring participants grasp complex technical concepts effectively.

• Assess training needs by collaborating with stakeholders and analyzing performance gaps to identify areas for improvement.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback to continually refine training programs.

  
  

  • Responsible for implementation and training for edtech products (online resources, robotics, STEM products etc) in Schools and Universities.

  • To lead successful training and implementations plan and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains plans and communicates status to the Management and Clients as needed

  • Responsible for pre-sales and post sales demo

  • Responsible for getting feedback forms and testimonials after delivering the training

  • Need to travel on-site for trainings and implementation ensuring the project is implemented

  • Responsible for managing multiple client projects at one time.

  • Responsible for the planning, organizing, and management of project tasks and resources to bring about the successful completion of project goals and objectives.

  • Coordinating and responding to client issues

  • Train faculty and work with school administrators based on role

  • Develop instructional materials

  • Act as support to Sales Team and provide training on site.

   

  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical training or a related role, demonstrating a proven track record.

• Holds relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), or similar, showcasing expertise.

• Has experience in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of software development, networking, or cybersecurity.
