Roles & Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing faults.

• Inspect, repair, and replace pumps, motors, membranes, filters, valves, control panels, and other system components.

• Conduct water quality testing and ensure systems operate within required parameters.

• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and inspection checklists.

• Respond promptly to customer service requests and emergency breakdowns.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Coordinate with the service team to complete assigned jobs within scheduled timelines.

• Educate customers on the proper operation and basic maintenance of installed systems.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good working condition.

• Follow company policies and continuously improve technical knowledge.

Required Skills:-

• Diploma/ITI in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or a related technical field

• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Knowledge of pumps, motors, pressure vessels, piping, valves, and instrumentation.

• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and operation manuals.

• Familiarity with water quality testing procedures and instruments.

• Good communication (English) and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments.

• Basic computer skills for preparing service reports.

• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in water treatment equipment installation and maintenance.

• Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites across the UAE.

• Team-orientated with a positive attitude and commitment to quality service.
