Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all mechanical site works including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems for high‑rise projects.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure compliance with design, codes, and QA/QC standards.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely execution of mechanical works.
Enforce HSE standards and support testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years experience in MEP High rise building construction projects.
UAE experience is must.
Authority Approvals will be preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
