أحد عملائنا في دبي يبحث عن مدير عمليات (مأكولات سريعة)، إشراف على المطاعم في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. امتلاك معايير يومية، تطوير مدير عام، نمو المبيعات المحلية، التحكم في التكاليف والامتثال. تركيز على الأرضية (60–70% في المطاعم). ليست دور مدير استراتيجي — هذا تميز تشغيلي وتطوير لقائد المتجر.
المسؤوليات الأساسية:
- خبرة حالية أو حديثة في عمليات مطاعم الإمارات أو منطقة الخليج الأوسع.
- خلفية في بار رياضي، بار-وشواء أو تناول الطعام الرمزي المرخص.
- خبرة في إدارة وحدات بعيدة جغرافياً أو موزعة.
- الاطلاع على منصات التوصيل وأنظمة الطلب عبر الإنترنت.

المتطلبات:
- 8–12 سنة من عمليات المطاعم؛ الحد الأدنى 3 سنوات قيادة متعددة الوحدات (3–5 مطاعم)مسؤولية P&L على مستوى المطعم: COGS، تكلفة العمالة، سلامة الأغذية، الربحية. سجل حافل في زيادة المبيعات وتحسين رضا الضيوف (NPS/OSAT) في وحدات متعددة.

Job Summary:
One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Operation Manager (Fast food), overseeing restaurants in UAE. Own day-to-day standards, GM development, local sales growth, cost control and compliance. Floor-focused (60–70% in restaurants). Not a strategic director role — this is operational excellence and store-leader development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Current or recent experience in UAE or wider GCC restaurant operations.
- Sports bar, bar-and-grill or licensed casual dining background.
- Experience managing remote or geographically dispersed units.
- Familiarity with delivery platforms and online ordering systems.
