MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
MS/MD, Board Certification, CCT, FRCS, or equivalent recognized qualification in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
Expertise in adult cardiac surgery, thoracic surgery, minimally invasive cardiothoracic procedures, and emergency surgical interventions.
Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
Excellent communication and patient management abilities.
