Conduct regular inspections of materials and processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Document and report non-conformance issues effectively, providing clear recommendations for corrective actions.
Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement quality control plans tailored to specific project requirements.
Perform detailed audits of supplier and vendor quality management systems to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
Preparation of Method Of Statement.
Must have experience in WTP projects or water transmission pipeline project.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is essential for technical competence.
Minimum of 9 years of QAQC experience in construction, manufacturing, or relevant industries is required.
Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or CQI are highly valued for demonstrating expertise.
Proven experience in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications is crucial for effective inspections.
