Role Overview

The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing training materials, coordinating learning sessions, supporting trainers, and ensuring training programs are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions and support learner development
Evaluate training effectiveness and collect feedback

Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
Strong presentation and communication skills

Experience in training, coaching, or facilitation is an advantage
