About the Role We are urgently looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing real estate team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients from company-provided databases, qualifying leads, and generating appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls using company-provided leads and databases. Qualify prospective clients and identify genuine buying or selling interest. Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the sales team. Build strong relationships with potential clients through professional communication. Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls and lead generation. Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate telesales. English proficiency at C1 level or above (spoken and written). Fluency in Hindi is required. Can join immediately Experience working with or calling clients in the US market is highly preferred. Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Experience using CRM systems is an advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
