As we continue our growth, we're looking for experienced UAE Mortgage Consultants who want to maximise their earning potential, build lasting client relationships and play a key role in shaping one of the UAE's most ambitious mortgage brokerages.
What You'll DoManage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering a seamless client experience. Build and develop relationships with real estate agencies, developers, introducers and referral partners across the UAE. Generate new business through networking, referrals and proactive business development. Advise clients on mortgage products, lending criteria and financing options across a wide range of UAE lenders. Guide clients through every stage of the mortgage process with professionalism, transparency and expert advice. Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities while consistently achieving revenue and performance targets. Work collaboratively with the wider team to support the continued growth and success of YoBridge.
What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Mortgage Consultant within the UAE. Strong understanding of the UAE property and mortgage market. Demonstrable track record of generating revenue and achieving sales targets. Established network of estate agents, developers, brokers or professional introducers. Commercially minded with excellent business development skills. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Knowledge of CBUAE regulations, Al Etihad Credit Bureau and Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes. Self-motivated, ambitious and comfortable working in a high-performance environment.
