Position Overview A professional butler who will be responsible for providing personalized service to clients, ensuring a high level of comfort, privacy, and hospitality. The butler must possess strong organizational skills, discretion, and an understanding of client needs.
Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist guests, ensuring they are made comfortable upon arrival. Manage household duties, such as overseeing domestic staff, ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Coordinate guest services, including reservations, transportation, and event planning. Oversee daily household operations and inventory, ensuring the property is well-maintained and stocked. Provide attentive service during meals, and ensure the client's preferences are met. Manage requests and provide solutions to any issues, ensuring maximum satisfaction. Perform general tasks such as answering phone calls, sorting mail, and organizing schedules. Ensure a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a butler or in a similar high-end hospitality role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, household operations, and event management. Ability to work independently and anticipate client.
