Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in industrial B2B sales who can develop new business, manage key accounts, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across industrial sectors. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular visits and professional account management. Generate quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Understand customer manufacturing processes and recommend suitable technical solutions. Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and service departments to ensure smooth order execution. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and weekly activity reports. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies. Follow up on quotations, customer enquiries, and outstanding payments when required. Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, exhibitions, and technical presentations. Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions and sales opportunities.
Qualifications Driving License Valid5+ Years experience in selling to Metal Industry (Fabrication, Engineering, Heavy Industries, Oil and Gas, Tube and Pipe, Iron / Steel) Proficiency in Market Research and identifying business opportunities Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar Engineering field. Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
