Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PLSQL Developer with 7–8 years of experience to join our Technology Division. The resource will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Oracle PL/SQL solutions to support Sup Tech regulatory reporting and supervisory data processing requirements. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers. Develop and maintain regulatory reporting and supervisory data processing solutions. Build data integration and ETL processes from multiple source systems. Perform database tuning, query optimization, and performance enhancements. Support Sup Tech data requirements, analytics, and reporting needs. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Architects, and Product Owners. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards. Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production activities.

Required Skills

Strong Oracle Database and PL/SQL development expertise. Advanced SQL query writing and optimization. Experience in ETL development and data migration. Performance tuning using Oracle tools. Database design, data modelling, and normalization. Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.

Experience / Knowledge Areas

Regulatory reporting, risk, compliance, financial services, or Sup Tech initiatives. Handling large-scale datasets and complex data transformations. Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles. Exposure to banking or financial regulatory environments.

Good-to-Have Skills

Oracle APEX. Power BI exposure. Knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks. Familiarity with cloud data platforms.
