A successful UAE National Senior Associate, Financial Reporting should have: * Must be a UAE National with family book * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business * ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification * 8+ years' experience in audit/accounting (Big Four preferred) * Strong IFRS and financial reporting expertise * Experience with complex transactions and structures * Knowledge of ERP/EPM systems (preferred) * Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
