You will lead prestigious projects from the initial \"big idea\" through to the final handover, ensuring that our signature standard of luxury is maintained at every touchpoint.\r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\n * Conceptual Leadership: Lead the creative direction for luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects, developing unique narratives and mood boards that push the boundaries of regional design.\r\n * Technical Excellence: Produce and oversee comprehensive drawing packages, including detailed joinery, floor finishes, and ceiling plans. Ensure all designs are buildable and compliant with local regulations.\r\n * Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and site inspections, ensuring delivery is on time and within scope.\r\n * Client & Consultant Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for HNWIs and corporate developers. Required Skills & Experience\r\n\r\n * Educational Background: A degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institution.\r\n * Professional Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience, with a significant portion spent in the Dubai\/GCC region.\r\n * Sector Expertise: A proven track record of delivering High-End Residential villas and branded Residence .\r\n * Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign\/Photoshop), and SketchUp. Experience with Revit or Rhino is highly advantageous.\r\n * Technical Knowledge: Exceptional understanding of materials, FF&E sourcing, and the \"technicalities\" of luxury-knowing how a bespoke detail is fabricated is just as important as how it looks.\r\n * Career Progression: A resume that demonstrates a clear upward trajectory and a \"solid works record\" (stability and commitment to previous roles).<\/p>
