Join DAMAC to play a pivotal role in expanding our international agency network and driving sales growth across key global markets.
Key Responsibilities Develop and strengthen relationships with international agency partners to maximise sales performance. Identify, onboard and grow new agency partnerships across target markets. Drive engagement, enablement and performance of the agency network. Work closely with internal sales leadership to expand market reach and increase revenue opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor to agency partners, ensuring they are equipped to successfully represent the DAMAC brand. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to grow the international distribution network.
Must Have Minimum 4 years' experience in Real Estate or Insurance only.(Insurance candidates with agency distribution experience are highly preferred). Proven experience managing or developing agency sales channels, broker networks or advisor distribution. Strong business development, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Experience working with international markets is highly desirable. Multilingual candidates with Arabic (Lebanese Arabic preferred), English and French being a distinct advantage. Self-driven, commercially minded and capable of working independently in an Individual Contributor role.
