Role Purpose To support the CFO in ensuring statutory compliance, accurate financial reporting, tax planning, and operational efficiency. The CA will play a critical role in strengthening NVL’s financial discipline, preparing for IPO-readiness, and supporting investor/regulator communication.
Key Responsibilities Preparation and finalization of financial statements as per Ind-AS/IFRS. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and SEBI norms. Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments. Manage working capital, receivables, and payables. Support CFO in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and IPO documentation. Implement internal controls and process improvements. Liaise with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and regulators
Qualifications Chartered Accountant with less than two years experience
