This role is essentially a Customer-Facing HRTech Saa S Implementation Manager / Workforce Transformation Consultant responsible for delivering enterprise HR technology transformation programs across UAE customers.
Ideal Candidate Profile6–8 years of experience delivering enterprise Saa S implementation projects
Strong exposure to HRTech platforms such as:Workday SAP Success Factors Oracle HCMCornerstone Darwinbox Zoho People
Experience managing:Requirements workshops Configuration Integrations and APIsUATGo-Live and Hypercare
Customer-facing delivery experience with government, semi-government, or enterprise customers Fluent Arabic and English speaker UAE-based with UAE driving licence
